How to take backup?
For backup go to Tools → Backup.
  1. Select path for particular location where you want to store backup, for that click on (…) this Button.
  2. Enter the file name like today’s date (18092012).
  3. Then click on Save Button.
  4. After that click on Start Backup Button.
  5. After that a Message will appear on your screen that,' backup done successfully'.
How to restore backup?
  1. First copy the backup file from its location, for e.g. 18092012.mdb.
  2. After that paste it in PCS Folder.
  3. Rename the existing database file for e.g. prompt to prompt_17.
  4. Then again rename the database file 18092012.mdb as a prompt database file.
  5. After that start the software exe.
Can I save the report in Excel format?
For backup go to Tools → Backup.
  1. Select path for particular location where you want to store backup, for that click on (…) this Button.
  2. Enter the file name like today’s date (18092012).
  3. Then click on Save Button.
  4. After that click on Start Backup Button.
  5. After that a Message will appear on your screen that,' backup done successfully'.
What if I forgot to take the backup of my data?
There is option of Auto Backup in Backup screen. Set the path for auto backup there. Now, whenever you will close the application, the backup will be taken in the given path.
