Can I maintain location wise stock?

Can I store customer related information in this software?
You can store customer related information in Address Diary Master like Name, Address in detail, Occupation, Birth date, Anniversary date etc. So, from this information you can maintain better relationship with your customers.
Where can I see the details of customers?
In Address Diary Report, you can get detailed information of customer that you have entered. Even you can filter the required area.
Can I classify the accounts in different groups?
Yes, you can classify the accounts in different groups such as Sundry Creditors, Sundry Debtors, Bank Account, Purchase Account, Sales Account etc.
Can I store information of salesman?
You can store the information of salesman like Name and Address in Salesman Master.
Can I transfer the stock from one location to another?
Yes, you can transfer your stock from one location to another such as from Godown to Shop.
Can I give quotation to customers?
You can give quotation to customers from Quotation screen. In the footer, there are some points which will be printed on the quotation. If you don’t want to print them then you can just remove the tick mark.
How can I transfer the data into Tally?
You can transfer your data into Tally by following these steps :

  1. Account Report → Data Conversion in Tally.
  2. Type From date and To date in the columns.
  3. Click on “Start Data Transfer”.

After this, your data will be transferred to Tally.
